## Open locally

Open `index.html` in a modern browser. For the most reliable video playback, serve the folder locally:

## Production gaps before a real campaign

This prototype is marketing-ready as a visual direction, but a credible real launch still needs:

1. A polished, playable vertical slice captured from the actual engine.
2. Real team, budget, schedule, legal entity, privacy policy, terms and refund language.
3. Secure mailing-list/pre-order backend and consent logging.
4. Analytics, attribution, A/B testing and accessibility QA.
5. Creator outreach, press materials, Steam page and demo funnel.
6. Legally reviewed game title, branding, claims and reward structure.
